and “our” refer to Azeron SIA. Azeron SIA offers this website, including all
information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned
upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service”
and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”,
“Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced
herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users
of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers,
merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

The Azeron keypad is handmade, assembled from 3D printed parts. Sometimes you might
need to tighten/loosen some screws that hold the buttons. This is normal and
is not a defect. This mostly happens due to vibrations or temperature fluctuations
during transportation. Feel free to contact us if this has happened and you require
assistance.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the
age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age
of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your
consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you,
in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but
not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination
of your Services.

of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer
monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products
or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise
this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities
of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product
pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion
of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer
for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other
material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any
errors in the Service will be corrected.
SECTION 6 - GIFT CARDS
Gift Card Limitations
The Buyer may cancel the purchase of the e-gift card within fourteen (14) days of purchase, without providing any explanation and without incurring any fees, provided the e-gift card has not been used. To initiate a cancellation, contact Customer Support within the specified fourteen (14) working day period . Azeron LTD will not provide any reimbursement for purchases cancelled outside this timeframe. The e-gift card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of acquisition. Beyond this period, it will expire and cannot be redeemed.
Once the e-gift card has been redeemed, it cannot be reused.
An e-gift card can be used in conjunction with another accepted form of payment to cover the full value of the purchase.
E-Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other e-gift cards. They cannot be reloaded,
resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. They are void if reloaded,
resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash.
E-Gift cards and their use on the store [at] azeron [dot] eu webstore are subject
to our general Terms and Conditions,
Refund Policy and Privacy Policy
Returns
All returns are refunded directly to the original method of payment used at check
out. If the purchase was placed with both a credit card and a gift card the refund
will be issued accordingly.
If you paid with a combination of payment card and gift card, we'll refund anything
you paid for with your gift card first, and then refund any outstanding credit
you are owed on to your original payment card.
No discount codes are applicable for the purchase of an e-gift card.
How to Redeem
Enter the code on your e-gift card during checkout, and the card's total value will be deducted from your order as payment.
Please Note:
- If the total order amount exceeds the value of your gift card, you will be required to settle the remaining balance using one of our accepted payment methods;
- If your e-gift card's value exceeds the total amount of your order, the remaining balance cannot be redeemed;
- E-Gift cards can be used in conjunction with any offers and discount codes.
Reasons for Failed Delivery of E-Gift Cards:
E-gift cards are delivered via email. If the recipient's email address has been confirmed but the e-gift card has not been viewed within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, here are common reasons why delivery may have failed:
- Spam filter blocking or routing the email to a bulk/spam folder;
- Recipient's firewall blocking the email;
- Email inbox exceeding size limit;
- Invalid email address.
To ensure proper receipt of the e-gift card email, please confirm that either you
or the recipient have not disabled HTML email support.
If a spam filter is blocking info [at] azeron [dot] eu emails from getting to
an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that emails coming from
info [at] azeron [dot] eu are not considered spam.
Personalized Messaging:
If you wish to include a personal message with an e-gift card, simply type your message in the message field during the purchase process. Messages are limited in length as indicated on the input box. There is no additional charge for including a personalised message. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel inappropriate, offensive, or objectionable messages.
Terms:
Azeron LTD reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the e-gift card at any time and take appropriate actions, including cancelling an e-gift card if, at its discretion, such action is deemed necessary.

IN THE EVENT A E-GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH E-GIFT CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole
discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or
per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same

and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order,

Kindly refrain from sending any Unsolicited Ideas in any form to Azeron or its
employees. This policy is necessary to avoid potential misunderstandings or legal
disputes in event of any similarity of Azeron's products, services or activities
to an Unsolicited Idea.
If you decide to relay an Unsolicited Idea despite the above notice, you shall
be deemed to agree as follows: (1) The submission is not confidential or proprietary
to yourself or any third party; (2) The submission and its contents shall become
property of Azeron without any compensation to you or any third party; (3) Azeron
owes neither you nor any third party any obligation in relation to the Unsolicited
Idea; (4) Azeron has full discretion and liberty as to the use, retention or
dissemination of the Unsolicited Idea for any purpose and in any manner; (5)
There is no obligation for Azeron to review, keep, acknowledge, or return the

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine
in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory,
